This is a great little kit. You get enough materials to make one Ariel and one Cinderella. Materials include yarn, filling, 12mm plastic safety eyes, needled and red thread for mouth. The quality of the yarn isn't great, and I prefer smaller safety eyes for the size of the finished product. The crochet hook is also very basic, however... How many amigurumi patterns include all materials needed? Not many. You get 12 patterns which usually run about $5 a piece if purchased separately online. The patterns include detailed easy to read instructions. The book itself is small, so be aware if you have a hard time reading small print. I have been crocheting amigurumi for about 4 years now and I really enjoyed this kit.

I've had this book for just a couple days now but absolutely adore it. I have never made an amigumiri before and I have never followed a written pattern before but it was easy to follow! There is more than enough yarn to make Cinderella.. which is the only one I've done so far. My little princess isn't perfect but I'm pretty proud of it! I say it's so ugly it's cute lol! But over all I am very happy with the quality of the book and the price.. although I did go out and buy my own yarn because I was having troubles with the yarn given to me. I also use my own hooks because I wanted ergonomically hooks, which my hands never hurt with them.

This kit really had enough materials for 2 characters. (I hate when kits run short.) My granddaughter loves her first 2 characters, I plan to make more for her. The characters are realistic enough that my granddaughter could recognize them. I had to stretch my imagination a little. I did raise the eyes a row higher than the directions said. They looked too frog-like to me with the eyes so low.

My daughter wanted this set when she saw it at Costco. I put it on my list for her for Christmas but when I went to Costco, they were out....typical of Costco! I saw this online and it was priced under what Costco was selling it for and so it was a win-win! My daughter has a 3 yr old daughter who is so into the Disney princesses and my daughter is an expert at crocheting. Can't wait to see the finished product! FYI...It only has yarn enough for 2 princesses so you have to provide the yarn for the other princesses. Still a great gift for the crafty!

Hook is junk. Yarn is junk. Book is worth it.

My only question is what type of yarn do you use cause to make these characters? It only has enough to make Ariel and Cinderella and the yarn i have is not meant for these characters ...so if anyone can tell me i would really appreciate it :)

For Mark, demonic possession was different from sickness or illness, and exorcism was different from healing. Demonic possession was totally under the control of a hostile non-human force; exorcism was full deliverance from a domineering existence that restored the demoniac to family, to community, and to God’s created order. Jesus commissioned the twelve to be with him, to learn from him, and to proclaim the kingdom of God by participating with him in healing and exorcism. Jesus expands his invitation to participate in building the kingdom of God to all those who choose to become part of his new dyadic family even today.

About the Author

Kofi Agawu was born in Ghana, West Africa where he received his initial education before studying in the UK and the US. He has taught and lectured at numerous universities in Africa, Europe and the United States. Agawu is a wide-ranging scholar and author of numerous articles and books on musical semiotics, the analysis of music, and West African music, which include Playing with Signs: A Semiotic Interpretation of Classical Music (Princeton University Press, 1991), African Rhythm: A Northern Ewe Perspective, Representing African Music: Postcolonial Notes, Queries, Positions (Routledge, 2003) and Music as Discourse: Semiotic Adventures in Romantic Music (Oxford University Press, 2008). Dr. Agawu is currently a professor of music at Princeton University.
